Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SoJuicy ("SoJuicy," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use sojuicy.me, our private dashboard, redirect infrastructure, analytics tools, and integrations with third-party platforms, including Meta products such as Facebook and Instagram (collectively, the "Services").

Scope and responsibility

This Policy applies to personal information processed by SoJuicy through the Services. It does not govern the independent practices of Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Fanvue, linked destinations, or other third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply to their processing.

When an organization, agency, or creator uses SoJuicy to manage its own accounts, that customer may be the controller of the relevant personal information and SoJuicy may process it on the customer's instructions. The customer remains responsible for its own notices, permissions, and lawful use of the Services.

Information we collect

Information you provide or authorize

Meta Platform Data

Depending on the Meta permissions and features you choose to authorize, we may receive Meta account or Page identifiers, usernames, profile information, professional account details, media and publishing metadata, media URLs, timestamps, status information, engagement and insights metrics, and other data made available through the applicable Meta APIs. If a feature involving comments or messages is expressly enabled and authorized, we may process the content and metadata required to provide that feature.

Traffic and technical information

We may process request timestamps, requested links or routes, destination project, IP-derived country or region, browser and device information, referrer, cookies, session identifiers, security signals, error logs, and pseudonymous identifiers used to measure traffic, prevent abuse, maintain sessions, and troubleshoot the Services. We seek to minimize direct identifiers and may aggregate or pseudonymize analytics data where practical.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information or Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for data brokerage, unrelated advertising, or building profiles for sale to third parties.

How information is disclosed

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

We do not permit service providers to use Meta Platform Data for their own independent purposes except as required to provide their contracted services or comply with law.

Meta Platform Data and permissions

Access to Meta Platform Data is limited to the permissions an authorized user grants and to the functionality requested through the Services. We use and protect Meta Platform Data in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. SoJuicy is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

You can stop future collection through a Meta integration by disconnecting the integration in the relevant SoJuicy or Meta account settings, removing the app from your Facebook or Instagram integrations, or contacting us. Revocation stops new API access but does not by itself remove information already lawfully retained; use the deletion process below for that.

Cookies and similar technologies

The authenticated dashboard uses cookies or comparable technologies that are necessary to maintain secure sessions and prevent unauthorized access. Redirect and analytics systems may use short-lived or pseudonymous identifiers to distinguish requests, measure unique activity, and detect abuse. We do not use these technologies to sell personal information.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Policy. Relevant criteria include whether an account or integration remains active, operational and security requirements, the nature and sensitivity of the data, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, and applicable law. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups and logs until normal rotation completes.

Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies a person may be retained for analytics, security, and service improvement.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, restricted credentials, encryption in transit, security logging, and separation of public and authenticated systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International processing

The Services and their providers may process information in countries other than where a user lives. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and apply the protections described in this Policy regardless of processing location.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision concerning your personal information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. These rights may be limited by applicable law and by the need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account.

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals based solely on automated processing of Meta Platform Data.

Data deletion instructions

To request deletion of information associated with a Meta, Instagram, or SoJuicy account:

  1. Remove or disconnect the SoJuicy app or integration from the applicable Meta account settings.
  2. Email privacy@sojuicy.me with the subject Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the relevant username or account identifier and enough information for us to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify covered information from active systems, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Children

The Services are intended for business users and adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, law, or our practices. The date at the top shows when the latest version became effective. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or another appropriate channel.
